yup all mine have fans they need them in heat we do right

That is the best method. When a fan is set to blow in, the air has to find its own way out which is less efficient, less good flow.I set up a box fan to blow air out of the coop today. Hopefully, cooler air will be sucked in.

Hey, just what I need! Another project on the list!
Did get the 5-4 week old babies weaned today. The last hen in with them wasn't paying them much attention any more, eating treats instead of giving them to the little ones, kicking them out of the way on occasion so I knew it was time. In the mean time, my broody is on day 7 with her 5 eggs in my feed room and doing well. I set up a little fan for her today when the temp was at it's highest. That room faces the west and can get stuffy in bright sun.
My chicken's aren't spoiled a bit!
