When I try to do a "non meat" period, one of two things is the case or happens. I'm either working diligently on some project outdoors and don't eat at all, or alternatively, I eat lots of junk food carbs loaded with salt/sugar/grease/fat/taste... because they're quick/easy/filling/tasty. Vegetables are just so bland. Haven't had one in a while so took a T bone out to thaw last night for today at some point.We try to eat nonmeat for the majority of the week, Forks Over Knives. It really helps with the inflammation, digestion and weight control. Still, it's a daunting thought of how much kale I'll need to eat to get down to my desired weight....
