I was twenty five in 1980.... And already designing Air Craft components....I was 25 in 1985...Stranger things third season starts on the fourth! (Netflix show set in the 1980's)

there have been several recalls of flour and etc. recently. We've all had an outbreak of Montezuma's revenge. Not sure if it's something we ate, or a bug going around. Either way, we're having soup and crackers for supper.

. They finally got the hay done. 15 1200 pound bales off of our 6-7 acre pasture ain't nothin to sneeze at. Our Amish neighbor and his boys were here with their teams of horses today moving out the bales. Had to laugh when one of the younger sons trundled by the coop where I was working with his younger brother sitting on a bale some 20 feet in the air. Dad looked back at him and shook his head saying 'probably wasn't the safest place to ride. I assured him that young bones heal fast and yelled up at the boy and told him if he felt himself falling tuck into a ball and aim for the grass, not the gravel road.
. I lifted her tail to check it's progress and all this white goo comes oozing out of it. Unbelievable how much it was holding. You have been very Busy!I was 25 in 1978. What bothers me is when I hear them talking on TV or read about 'vintage' 1970's items. Huh? 1970 is now vintage, then DH reminds me that 1970 is almost 50 years ago, officially antique.
Been thinking about everyone, trying to find a minute or two to set down at the computer and say. Other than that, I've been doing garden work, trying to find the garden amidst the weeds or what is left of my poor garden. I'm still fighting mice, still battling a rat, still fighting flies outside, won the inside battle. Sid got her stitches out today and made nice nice with the 5 office kittens that have taken over the office. I think they have adopted something like 14 cats. Funny to feel tugs on the leash and look down to see an adorable fuzz ball on it's back swatting at it. More amazing that Sid made nice with the kitten but wants to kill our adult cats.
Speaking of cats, had to deal with one that had an infected or engorged or whatever anal gland. Talk about gross. I lifted her tail to check it's progress and all this white goo comes oozing out of it. Unbelievable how much it was holding.
It's just been one thing after another so maybe in a day or two I can catch up. Hope everyone is well and staying cool.
