And I found an interesting egg in the nest box today...

I had beer in a pub in England. It was awesome! I like dark beers too.

and they know how to pour beer there too....

Latest in the weight loss journey:

I had a panic attack on thursday couldnt leave the touch of the car.... for my dietician apointment. Last time I was in there they sent me off to the ER... I almost passed out. found out I was severely dehydrated.

its that whole clinic... I am going to head up there on a non appointment day and try to walk the parking lot. its a small lot with Solar panels down the middle ... so shade.

I am going to have issues with the next appointment at the Psychologist... forgot to go to the last appointment.... its been more than a month.... Love her to death.... now I am Afraid I wont be able to walk the distance from the car in....

My issues with ER and Hospitals and clinics go way back and why I stopped seeing doctors in general. So I am guessing this is a culmination of a lot of things I am going to have to peel back layers to find a root cause ....

I wish there was something I could do to help. You've been making such good progress. Could you maybe schedule an appointment when your son can go with you? Or, and this is way out of the box, could they come to the car, maybe have the appointment on a bench in the shade somewhere? Baby steps.

I tried to get my son to go but he had to work.... Was already doing baby steps even with the gold fish in a jar tied around my neck... Talking to someone to distract me planning on sitting on my walker seat once I got it out of the car... Taking short stops on the way in to sit and look around.... but I got derailed at the walker. It was covered with forty pounds of dogfood. son didn't unload his dogs food...

mad... Anxious and wobbly is not a good combination.... Got back in the car and left.
