They say exercise can have a huge impact too.
But of course it’s a bit of a catch 22 since when you’re depressed, it can be hard to eat right and exercise. But they say if you can force yourself it helps
And it also seems to make my anxiety worse too for whatever reason. And of course the depression which really isn’t bad when I actually get up and do stuff and eat right haha still slightly there though but that’s probably because I never last on the healthy eating thing long.
I wonder if I should try that 3 week thing haha
