I am 64 and am shocked at what I see in the mirror. I think my brain still thinks I am 40 and taking on the world... sigh.But we are! I'm one of the younger boomers, and I'm 66. I think the boom was over a couple of years after I was born (1953). I would certainly not like to be considered "elderly," although I confess to feeling that way some days. Like after PT today, ouch!
