Morning Old Folks.... I been AWOL... focusing on my Canning and Preserving thread and off SHOPPING online. I can never catch up... sigh. But I still love you all.

First Milestone
Officially I am down 112 pounds which is the FREAKING HALF WAY POINT. :ya
Second Milestone
Past couple of days I Have been moving without pain... and being able to getup and sit down with a minimum of pain. Were talking being able to walk half a block With my Walker with out having to stop for a rest.
:wee
Third milestone
My Muse is back.... I am designing a pantry.... Just came from the store after buying some cheapo drafting tools. All mine are at home.
This means my mental health is on the upswing.... :celebrate
Sorry If I missed anything.

deb "off to go measure something...LOL"

I built a support for underneath the wash stand. And I have glass on top of the wood. It's 29 gallons.
I was thinking more about water spillage... Almost always happens when you have an aquarium. 29 gallons is a good size.. well over 230 lbs including the tank and rocks and stuff. So... good idea about adding the support.

I dont have a picture of my aquarium at home but this is the one I have.

its a 110 tall. Has the foot print of a sixty... Tank alone weighs around 200 lbs... 3/8 thick glass is heavy... Stand has to support well over a thousand gallons... Thankfully I have a stand for it. Just dont know where it its off the top of my head. If Its buried in the storage container... I may setup a cinder-block stand for it when I get home...

The dimensions of the tank are 48 wide x 30 tall x 19 deep. I love community tanks and will probably populate it with a bunch of odd sorts. A few Neon tetras some rasboras some silver dollars and such. Neon tetras get big if they have room almost 1.5 inches long... Rasboras get almost 2 inches long.

Silver dollars get six to eight inches long... but I will most likely trade them in on some smaller versions. or something else. My love are the Odd critters Like Upside down cats, Banjo Cats, Striped Raphael cats, and Plecosotmus... Also some mild mannered Cichlids like Geophagus Jurpari,

Upside down cat fish hangs around on top of the aquarium

Striped Raphael cat called the talking cat fish....

Plecostomus.... come in varied colors and patterns and in this tank will grow up to about eight to ten inches this one is a Gold Spot...

Geophagus Jurupari also called Earth Eater. Pretty peaceful second picture shows one in a community tank. They do get rather large though and rule of thumb if it fits in their mouth they will probably eat it.

You didn't miss it Deb, Ron's birthday is today!

Lets just say that I can take early SSI in two years!
Which sounds like this is one of those big decade birthdays.

The retirement health insurance is quite pricey compared to what I pay now
Tell me about it. $29K for family of 4 given the expensive prescription DW is on. Good thing she decided to go back to work after I got laid off because the "pot" of retirement medical money the company gave me to buy insurance from them (self insured) almost ran dry.

Calling for snow this weekend.....BLAH!
We get a low of about 0°F tonight - BLAH!

Doesn't hurt, doesn't burn, doesn't itch. Not complaining about not having the typical symptoms of shingles.
Wow, lucky!

I may setup a cinder-block stand for it when I get home...
I say find the stand because once you fill that that tank you sure aren't going to take it down to put it on the stand later.

My Youngest DD is being Tested for celiac disease next week. Hopefully this will help her with Dr. visits and prescriptions
