@bruceha2000 we aren't brave enough to use rope. We generally use tow straps and chains. 6,000 pound pull strength on the chains which means they are a pain to pull around. Most of our property is sloped ridge country. Part of our pasture is flatish but even it has a degree of slope to it so we are usually facing pulling logs and limbs up a hill of some type.
I'm sure if my doctor or physical therapist saw me at work slinging heavy chains around and wrestling with these huge rounds of wood they would be yelling at me 'WE NEVER GAVE YOU THE OKAY TO DO THAT!'
So what they don't know won't hurt me!
