Thank you, it's good to be seen. Glad to see you, too. I love all you Cluckers and Quackers so much. All of you are so mind blowing smart. Whew..., if only I could wrap all this knowledge up I would bank it and live off the interest. Happy as a June bug on the 4th of July to be able to say "hi yall" to everyone again.Hi Jac Jac! It is good to see you here.
Being the youngest of 6 siblings, I can truly and personally relate to Peanut. Those 4 brothers of mine tried their best to get the better of me, but I was always quick in body and mind. Now, we've all slowed down, but I'm still the quickest. Yeah me!![]()
This is my 'how did they manage that? Chick. She is 8 weeks old and you can see the brown feathers coming in on her back. One parent is a SDW OEGB and the other is an Egyptian Fayoumi, although I am suspecting that mom was a SDW hen and Dad my EF rooster as that hen incubated bantam sized eggs.

This is Trouble sitting next to Sissy. I know the comb on Sissy is pretty dark it's small and no hackle or saddle feathers developing on 'her' like they are on Trouble and Bubba so for now, she is a she. May change at a moments notice tho. You can barely see the little SDW pullet almost under Trouble's breast feathers on the left and the tail belongs to Bubba. You can see the saddle feathers coming in on him and he is keeping a safe distance from Trouble.

This is my baby Peanut. She is a BBR from a really small egg and as you can see she is very small but holds her own against her larger siblings and flock mates especially when I toss down bread crumbs for them in the morning. Being small means she can run between the legs of the larger hens and snatch a morsel from their beaks before they can swallow it.

I hate dentists so much. Only ones I like are in West TN. Hubby says it's too far to drive for a dentist. Well, maybe we need a plane!Girl, you are like me, a walking train wreck! Take care, my friend. I know what you mean about waiting to see a Rheumy. 3 months for me to see mine. I'm contemplating giving my DO primary care of my joint problems again and only seeing the Rheumy or his PA if something acute pops up that I can stand a delay for.
