He wanted a sheet of plywood to lay on under the house :frowNo creepy crawlies allowed that way just to shut off the water run the new pex all that stuff
We use cardboard. Plenty of it around thanks to ebay and Amazon not to mention Walmart.com. It's softer to lie on than plywood and better yet, it's sorta kinda free.

Stay safe, Cap. I can't believe how big your Pap has gotten!

I worked out in the coop this morning putting up some metal inside until my neck began to protest. Came in, did some exercises and laid down for an hour.

I see my days of doing such things coming to an end so I'm trying to get all my projects done or as done as possible to the point where I can at least say 'okay, I can live with this!'

We jumped a big doe and April fawn today while walking the dogs in the pasture. Now if we just could see a big doe or buck on Saturday we would be thrilled. Problem is that they are calling for thunderstorms and rain all day on Saturday. I know there are deer hunters who will sit out in a deer stand in the forest during a freakin downpour with a pocket full of beef jerky and a thermos full of coffee while lightening bolts dance around their heads but I ain't one of them.

When all is said and done, hamburger is still cheap enough, LOL!

While there was rain, and wind, Eta was not nearly as bad as we were told to expect.

Dh has been having trouble with his computer. He thought his SSD drive was going out, so he ordered another one. It came in early yesterday morning. He couldn't get it to work, so we plugged it into my computer. It worked fine. I told him to disconnect one of his working drives, and plug the new one in there. He didn't. Instead, he spent the entire day, and a good part of the evening, going through all sorts of things, testing, checking, more testing.

Last night he was talking about how it might be the motherboard, etc. Again, I told him the other drives were working, so unplug one of the working drives, and plug the new one into that slot. Finally he did. It worked. Yes, it had to be the motherboard, whine, whine, whine, BUT he could use it with one less drive. I told him to check that cable. He did. Guess what? He spent almost 12 hours, and it was a stupid cable.
