Lidocaine and tramadol on board right knee still screaming has to be arthritis ..
I can manipulate it nothing but certain movement oe colds on it is murder

My left knee is that bad one-- it is still much better after the cortisone shot. We will see how long that lasts!

Cold here fire in the stove in the 40's won't get warmer today Need to get my rear in gear get things done while I can

Meanwhile I'm waiting for it to stop being so hot outside so I can go run errands!

Weirdest November weather ever. I will say that 93F in November is not exactly the same as 93F in summer, the sun's not beating down quite as hard or something so it doesn't seem so bad. I'll still need to bring a couple of coolers for my groceries, though (it's a 40 minute drive home from the grocery store).

Hey Emma.. We have these great cooler bags from Costco so no coolers we have a 40 minute drive if we do not stop at another store.. Gee maybe I should send you a few ?

Cold here too... the lake down in town is frozen over... saw people out skating on it today.
