Our neighbor from across the street went to help her parents in Guatemala that had Covid. One parent died and then the neighbor caught it. She died overnight.

The family here does not have covid but are devastated

Bad realty the virus is dangerous as get out and will not give up easily

I'm okay with winter, but it's really inconvenient when you need to water something and the hose has frozen.

Hoses are a spring through fall thing here. Besides the water in them freezing there is nothing growing to water.

Pulling the wagon wasn't fun. Guess I need to get a sled or get runners on my wagon.

Make sure you are on the uphill side of that in the snow/ice!

The medical care, depending on her family's income, may leave a LOT to be desired too. Sometimes in other countries, even things that we readily treat, and are not a serious threat, are life threatening there, due to their medical system.

Dh fixed my truck window today. The motor died, and wouldn't roll down. He got the whole piece, and replaced it. He did good.
