I've had osteoporosis for years now. I don't do 'prescription' drugs for it, but keep my Vit D, Calcium and Magnesium levels up and keep on with the exercise (e.i., mowing, working in the garden, coops, etc.) I've fallen off the ladder, and with the ladder several times in the last year.. got back up and kept on going.. Speaking of porous bones, the horse breed called Paso Fino have the most porous bones of any breed, yet their bones are stronger in comparison with other breeds.
