Woo Hoo. I found some Sovereign Kobucha at the health food store. Had the inderections right on the label how to use it to start your own scobe. I'm in business.

@sourland Bonnie is sitting tight on the 6 remaining eggs. Couldn't even bribe her off the nest with scrambled eggs but later she emerged for a bit so I could see the clutch.

:thumbsup Yay! It took a month for the scoby to grow when I made mine. And it was only about 1/16" thick. But it's still going strong and makes some really good Kombucha, 3 years on!
