After they moved in they found out they own only half the garage and the back is in the bank. It looks like a bull dozer dug a big hole and stuck the house inside with the dog yard on top, level with us
Too Danged bad for them.. They should have done better research before buying the property! They can buy a push mower to do the dog pen and front yard. Lazy so and so's.The fence will have barbed wire on top. Both of our properties are sandwiched between main street(front) and 1st Ave (back). We are side to side, their property is long, but only about the width of their house and a side yard big enough for a width of their mower and a steep 5' bank which we sit on top. Their front yard has a high stone wall in front and the side away from us. So that side had no access to the yard except steps. Right behind the house is a steep 5' bank, on top is a great area to mow and the rest of the yard from property line to property line is fenced in. And then there's a high stone wall. Gates to the fence are the back door to the house and steps going up the stone wall. So if you want to go from the back of there property (1st Ave) without going through the dog yard to the front or side of the property, everybody goes through our yard. I take it half is in the banked hill on the property.
So half of their garage is on your property??
Sounds like they need to go through their dog yard then. Maybe they will get a front yard mower to go with their backyard mower since they don't/can't carry it up the steps. So if you want to go from the back of there property (1st Ave) without going through the dog yard to the front or side of the property, everybody goes through our yard.

The gas station on the other side is to.That brown roof sticking out is the gas station roof. Between it an us is a sheer bankI take it half is in the banked hill on the property.
