We dislike splitting, we dislike chopping kindling...

We use a blow torch to start the fire.

Funny, Al, so do we! Is there any other way? Easiest way to start hard wood fires. Kindling, a wad of paper, cribbage small splits to start with and apply the propane torch!

Any other way and you will be inventing new swear words before you know it.

Went out after dinner spray painted the feet for the cat tree.

Another dry day but headed into the heat wave we seem to have as normal now.
Today is high 80's then 90 to 94 the new week.

8 PM and it's still 92 F - I'm not doing anything.

We are sitting here relaxing cat tree is done back in the house.
The old farm sink we bought it is 100 years old cast iron heavy as get out one big sink and the drainboard Pained the back stop rust it had been worked with a wire brush.
I put flat black paint on it .. There is two spots to repair the other side Will have a major fan on tomorrow to do it.
