The Old Folks Home

Apparently zero sugar sodas can still cause tooth decay because of the acidity and carbonation. I didn’t realize that. I was drinking tons of them. I thought they were better. I’ve since switched to caffeine sticks but still. They’re super expensive so I’ll probably go back to the sodas eventually. But not if they’re making my teeth rot. Eeek. 😬but we’ll see what the dentist says.

Oh no, winter weather advisory at midnight tonight. 2-4" expected. 😢
Over here in Woodland, I am about ready to fix and seed a part of a lawn where a tree was removed.

We also have garden plants in the stores. Spring is nearly here!

Carbonated drinks aren't good for anyone. They leech calcium from the body (bones, teeth), quickening the onset of Osteopenia, and Osteoporosis, and contribute to dental issues.

I drank gallons of carbonated for a couple of decades and it cost me my upper teeth. Now I drink iced tea and some cranberry juice.

The thing Ma gave was no enamel on the teeth doomed from the start.
Love my dentures!
We are wet not actively raining though 38 out.
