The Old Folks Home

Why doesn't some genius invent a switch that works like a hearing aid that can be worn in the ear? At bedtime it could be turned off and sleep would come within 2-3 minutes. 8 hours later it would auto start and you would wake up well rested and ready for a new day.

^^What a great idea.

The sinus pressure resolved.

My Netipot is tucked away with all the other "stuff from under the sink." I haven't tried it in years... should get it out and use it...
I have a son that uses a Netipot. I have a store brand equivalent that may get used tonight if I am awake enough on my way to bed. Not a good night's sleep in several days and if I flush my sinus out maybe that will help.

Hubby keeps saying how I can get a horrendous sinus infection that could move into my brain if I use a netipot improperly. Yeah, I suppose I could...

I bet it would help him more than me. He has sinus issues just about year round. In the summer, he thinks the humidity is causing it and in the winter, it's the dry air. Spring and fall aren't any better either.

If the saline solution is not contaminated I don't see how there could be a problem. There is this tiny critter that will do what he is referring too. It is normally found in warm water lakes and it does kill. Naegleria fowleri

I have distilled water always available as I use a CPAP that needs it too.
