The Olive-Egger thread!

I hatched some olive egger eggs and these are some of the chicks they are 5/6 weeks old and their crests are growing now and quite cute, I'm hoping the two front ones may be girls . The one at the back had a large comb from early on!

Anyone have any OE pullets / hens for sale?
Looking for one between 6 mos old and 1 1/2 yrs old.
Looking for 2nd or 3rd generation.

Not right now, but I'm working on some! I have some 4 month olds, but am waiting to check out their egg color. Then I'll be keeping some for breeding. I plan to have lots within the next year, all gens!

I wish you were in my area. I have a lot I will be selling soon, all laying diff shades of olive, some with tan/brown spots, also some pretty pale olive eggs too. I'm about to start trap nesting to see who's laying what, then sell the ones I don't want for my breeding program.

Hi, I am hoping to sort out my olive egger males sooner rather than later as I cannot keep them and as this is only my second hatch can someone more experienced please tell me if they agree that these are cockerels? They are 5 1/2 week copper black marans x cream legbar, thanks
