What is the cross that produced the egg in the middle? It's a very interesting color and the speckles are wonderful.
And what breeds laid the top and bottom ones?

I posted her just a few posts above. She didn't come from my birds, I hatched her from another BYC members eggs. I believe she is some sort of Marans X Ameraucana.

The dark egg on the top in the pic is from the same BYC member and she is a Marans mix that kept the Marans dark egg trait and the bottom egg is a blue egg from my Cream Legbar pullet.

One of my young OE's gave me the largest chicken egg I've ever seen! What was inside? A regular yolk and white, and... another whole egg! She is a Birchen Marans x Easter Egger. No. This is not her usual egg! Anyone else seen this before?

Yep. Ate it for breakfast this morning after the accidental cracking. The shell was a bit soft but otherwise normal inside.
