The Olive-Egger thread!

out of my 5 on day five, one didn't develop. So a few days ago, I got and put in incubator 7 RIR eggs. and put in 2 of my eggs, and 5 from a different farm. 3 EE/olives, and 2 welsummer mixes

Below is my Homemade incubator, and a pick of a diff hatch.

I got a new little green egg today. The layer is a grey egged blue frizzle/mint green egged Isbar/EE.

The term/color 'olive' is subjective........there are many shades of green.
To me, that egg is more green than olive.

White eggs are Blue andelusian, Dark egg white maran but both parents were BCM, blue eggs are Isbars, tan eggs are Lavender orpington, olive eggs are my own version of a blue frizzle.the brown egg is a Coocoo maran.

I have two laying Olive Eggers and even their eggs vary slightly. (I even get speckled every now and then - unless the matron hen is adding occasionally.)
