The Olive-Egger thread!

to get my gray egg I mixed purple and olive.

This is a 4 month old pullet. Half olive egger half new jersey giant.

I've been reading so many posts and my mind is going numb... If someone can help clarify if they know...

Will an Amercauna rooster with a welsummer or Black Copper Marans yield olive eggers?
Will a French blue Marans rooster mixed with a blue egg hen still make olive eggers?
And if I have a green egg Isbar, can I breed it to a brown egger to get Olive eggs as well??


I have a whole bunch of chicks and I'm thinking that we have a rooster in almost every breed, so I'm trying to figure out who to keep and who to pass along.
