17 weeks today. The top one has a crest and has always been bigger than the rest. He also has decided he "loves" the ladies his last weekend

I think they are too young to decide. keep them for a while and watch them.

I haven't dug through this entire thread. I have 7 hens that are easter eggers sold as Americaunas from Lumber 2 They lay green eggs. I have a Blue Splash Maran rooster. Will their offspring be olive eggers? And what would I call them for a breed?

Yes, and call them olive eggers.
