I have a question. Has or does anyone have a
Cuckoo Marans over a lavender amerucauna picture of the offspring? Will they be barred lavender? (Which would be awesome) I have a lavender amerucauna in with my cuckoos to make an olive egger off spring, just curios!
If the roo is Americana and the girls are cuckoo marans, their offspring will be sexlinked: the boys will be barred B/b and the girls will all be not barred b/-
The boys will have a white dot on the head as chicks and the girls won't. I don't know anything about the lavender gene, so that part I cannot answer.
