The Olive-Egger thread!

The closest I have to a pink/plum egg is laid by a wheaten Marans. It does not look like a traditional Marans egg, -much lighter, and with lots of bloom. And while I was hoping for Marans eggs at the time, I really like this color because it is different.
As long as my photo does not post upside down, it is the second from the left on the top row:

What is the third one from the left on the bottom row? The taupey-colored one....?

Ok, I am not going to complain about this egg color. Not at all. Anticipated that beautiful OE, but this is very pretty. The mom was a Wellsummer, soo, dark egg it is. I went ahead and put the egg in the bator, even though it's small. The shell was good today.

That is a nice egg!

I have egg basket envy....Those look great

X's 2!  Beautiful eggs!

Have to say, I am loving that last egg..the real nice looking Olive Egg. :p

Thanks!
@Gentry, the third from left on the bottom was a cross between an EE roo (unknown hatchery background) and a Welsummer hen. Most of my olive eggs come from a cross between her, and an OE roo (Marans x Ameraucana).

Thanks everyone, now hoping for a couple more to put in there..so I can get one of those pretty OE egg laying girls! Will be a while before I know if I'll get that color or not..and they better not be all boys. (Welie mom and EE dad was this hens parents) The Welie mom laid the prettiest Olive Egg, saved the little girl, which is now this hen. .. Only to lay a brown egg..a pretty dark brown egg. :) Interesting how this genetic thing works out. Glad you all know how it works.
