http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g121/WJPD3/Our Chickens/DSCN6839.jpg---> This is one of the ones above after it hatched.

Beautiful!! I especially love the pullet that on the roost on the top left that has the brown coopering, very pretty. I think the roos are really nice, like the one with the black beard.

Thank you...these girls just started laying. the roo's are the only ones I have except a bantam cochin and several 3 month olds that I have hatched out. So all my chicks should be at least half OE on their father's side. Because the little cochin bantam can not reach he is too short

I would try a wellie roo over a blue ameraucana hen. Maybe you'll get some that the blue replaces the black? From my experience, having the welsummer as the roo resulted with almost 100% pullets that have the perfect wellie partridge pattern. I've never grown out a roo baby completely, but they are almost-wellie looking.
Good idea- I like anything that resembles them.

Oh, that rooster I got from you...is he a EE or an OE rooster?

That roo is OE for sure...I hatched him out from the same batch i put pictures of on here. The others on here are his brothers

That's what I was thinking when I saw your pictures - What kind of hens can I put w/ him? I want to get some Olive Egger hens!

If you use a Splash Ameraucana hen with your Wellie roo you are guaranteed to have Blue Partridgey offspring.

If they don't stink (and by "stink" I mean such a wretched and foul smell that you will honk) then just leave them in. They'll either hatch or they won't. I guarantee that.

Breed that roo with your EE hens...or an dark egg layer.
