It's just past 5 a.m. and no visible pips yet. Day 21 begins after 7 a.m., officially. I did count Day One as the day I set the eggs because it was early in the morning, same as I always did. If I set them after noon, I would count the next day as Day One. I did recall that my BBS Orpingtons would always hatch on Day 21 and Day 22 so these are apparently taking after those slowpokes. If you go by counting the first day as the day after setting, no matter what time they began on setting day, then they have awhile to wake up. incubator is 99.5* and humidity just now was 67%, no signs of trouble at all.
