Queen pricked her ears. She'd remembered something. She walked over to Midnight, placed her paw in Midnight's hand. Her eyes and her outline glowed blue. Midnight was still. Queen howled a fierce howl with a growl to it.

"Jadyn!" Zaid cried running to were she sat, "I tried to follow but after you left this huge black thing atacked me!" He knelt down besides her, his right temple bleeding.

"Jadyn? Are you alright?" He look down at Midnight, "Will she be alright?" he looked on and tear rolled down his face mixing with blood.

Queen's eyes continued to glow dark blue.
But Midnight was still.
Her powers were not working.
Queen tipped her head back in a long, sad howl.

Queen looked up at him, with sad, lonely blue eyes.
Midnight suddenly began to stir.

Midnight coughed and sat up, blood covering her arms, legs, and face. "Queen? Zaid?" She rasped.
