My upstairs thermostat battery died and we came out to a 96 degree bater. I don't know how long... we started a fire and replaced the batrery. One pp hatched out. Two more have pips and the trinket babies are still rolling around. I'm crying and hubs is distressed. But it's not over and there's always the hal. I am so frustrated with the last few years harches. Like its not ment to be. Silly thought. But to put so many babies into lock down and this....

So sorry that happened! Hopefully, they will just be a little bit delayed.

Oh, that's so sweet of you! I love seeing the coop of the week pictures and learning from all the ideas every week! They always look so professional and so amazing, I figured mine can't compete!

I mean, there was a family that used a 3-D printer to make their roosting bar brackets!! Pretty intimidating. But maybe I should enter. My girls do seem to like their home, which is the important thing. Thanks for the encouragement!

Hi All,
We have a breeding pair available in California. This pair is about 11 months old and has a wonderful temperament; about as friendly as any chickens we've had. We have hatched chicks from this rooster and have been very pleased. We are currently in need of some breeding pen space, and so we're letting go of this pair in hopes of spreading this wonderful breed to others. If you have any interest, please PM me at your convenience. We received these birds from Petrock and they're some of the best laying chickens on our farm.
