Lexie looked up as a girl plopped down on the chair next to her. She finished the chapter she was on, which didn't take very long, as the book had really short chapters, and finally spoke up. "So why were you following me?" she inquired.

Ethan aimed his sights and fired. He had used up quite a bit of the ammo in the machine gun, and finally set it aside. He took out a shotgun and started firing at Zen individually. The Zen horde was closer than beforw and the shotgun was still effective at this range. He wished the others would get back soon amd then he finally heard the rev of engines as the assorted cars drove up. He ran around the mall, gathering up the others so that they would be ready when the cars got back.

Lexie closed up her book and grabbed the rest of the series off the shelves. She also grabbed some other books and shoved them in her pack.

Helen looked up from her book to Lexie and shrugged she was about to speak when Ethan showed up. She quickly put the book in her bag and raced back to Bell.
Bell had the bags ready to grab and go. She nodded to Helen and the two sisters grabbed extra bags each and ran to the vehicles.


Dylan stopped his truck near the doors, making sure his doors were unlocked. He waited to see if anyone would ride with him

Ethan helped Vira put supplies in her Jeep as Lexie climbed into the back seat and helped pull supplies in so that they could put as much as possible in there. "I'll go with you," he said to Vira as he shoved more stuff in the back.

Joseph made a wide circle, backing his truck and tow up to the entrance. He thought for a second, wondering why he had brought a second car... "I guess if someone wants a more comfortable ride, they can take this... Or I can just tow it and use it as a secondary vehicle for wherever we are going." He ran into the mall, grabbing a shotgun, and a some shells; as well as some food. Before heading back to hi truck, he asked: "hey, anyone want another car? Cause I've got two. There's plenty of room in the others, but if you want it, it's there."

Because, we aren't stopping for anything." She asked. She grabbed her backpack from the passengers seat and put it on the drivers seat with her bow and quiver of arrows to allow someone else to sit in the passenger seat.

Once all the supplies were packed into Vira's jeep that could fit and she hopped into the drivers seat if the jeep. She put her backpack down by her feet, the quiver beside her seat and her bow in her lap. She started up the jeep. "You coming?" She called to Ethan over the hum of the engine.
