16 degrees but it feels like 3 degrees.

Humidity is like 90000000% and it's pouring with fat drops of rain. It's also very balmy warm day (26 top) but I suspect that is partly contributed to by the humidity. 26 wouldn't usually feel this warm.

It was 9 degrees when I woke up and the wind makes it feel like -10. It has been super cold and windy for about two weeks straight. Yuck
