Bandit nodded, feeling a moment of pride as she thought of her adopted daughter. Then, as they slipped inside, the moment vanished. She had to put all her focus into not getting caught.
"What's our Target?" Asked Jewel.
"Shh!" Bandit growled, poking her head out into a hallway and looking around to make sure it was clear. She brought her head back, whispering, "Wherever they keep the spare change."
"oh, so we don't know...great." Jewel whispered rolling her eyes (like most teens would)
Blackberry, overhearing her, snorted. Bandit gave them a silencing look. "I know where it is.. I just.. don't know where it is relative to our position."
"well give me an idea, and I'll try and find it, after all, sneaking is what I do best" Jewel said proudly.
(I actually have no idea where it is XD)
"Yeah, I'll be fine.. if there's any guards I'll just kick their butts, be back in a sec!" Jewel said a bit over confident.
"Wait!" Bandit reached out a clawed foot and grabbed her tail firmly, but gently. "Bring Blackberry. He'll watch the corridors. You both are small, so can hide away pretty good. I'll wait here for your return." She gave her one last look, then let go. Blackberry scrambled after her, his previously sullen attitude driven away by excitement.
"ok, fine" and they scampered off.. sneaking down the halls and corridor's, they encountered no one.
