Nope, I find that the quickest and most accurate way to get these kind of answers is for the person inquiring to call either their local game warden or DNR agent. If you really want it straight from the horse's mouth, call the state veterinarian.

The problem about asking online from a group of people that are not dealing with it is that you get opinions that may or may not be correct.
