Holy cow I can't believe those dog are still alive. A number of years ago we had some dogs come on our place and kill my brothers pet goat. Dad found them still in the pen phoned the RCMP as the dogs were really agressive over their kill. The cop came out saw what the dogs had done and asked dad if he wanted them put down there or taken to town. The dogs were taken away the owners were allowed to say goodbye and that was that. I guess the only differecne was that the dogs were still on our property.
Also just wanted to say that once a dog packs up seperated or not from its former pack it will do it again and only make another problem.
I hope your problem gets solved soon. If the dogs are forced to be confined together they will probably kill each other, or at least the weakest.
