My bros fiance works there. We ask her to "Put us on the list for -enter name of movie here-, at -enter time of movie here-.", and she puts us on a list, and when we arrive, we just say "Sharon put us on the list", and they have us sign a paper, and give us our tickets. Quite fun actually.
