The same chicken keeps laying double yolk eggs is that normal????

Hi every one! I don't really know which chicken it is but she keeps laying double yolk eggs, and one of them had blood on it is that normal? I don't want her to be in pain every time she lays.
if any one has some answers pls let me know!

She is probably laying double yolks because she's a new layer, as @janiedoe mentioned.
