Xaviers glare increased and he just stood there by the back of his cell, watching Audrey intently. He glanced briefly at the other boy, Rowan, when he spoke, but made no move toward the front. Busy trying to control himself and stop- or at least pause, the anger growing inside of him, he tilted her head down a bit to aim his gaze at the ground

Audrey then went to leave the two alone "Y-you two don't try anything stupid" she tried to sound like she meant it, which she did, but in another way she felt like she was bonding with someone.

Xavier didn't look up when Audrey spoke, only when she started walking away. He huffed quietly, relaxing his hands which he realised had tensed up into fists.

"I would have preferred a foster home to living with that murderer" Mark blurted then froze for a moment before turning away. Running from the past was an automatic response to him though he couldn't go fast or far with his wounds.
