Maddox looked at Ms. McCoy and Mr. Thatcher "Alright, I'll permit a one hour recess, you may gather anything else you'll need" she said as she relooked over the trial papers.

The Jury sat there and began to talk amongst  themselves(By the ways, how many are in the Jury. It can be a number between 4 to 12)

Ben and Russell Thatcher stood up and went out of the court room for a moment to talk. Once outside the courtroom they began to talk "Ben, are you sure your guys got this evidence? I can't stall for a long time you know and I get paid for this in the end" he said. Ben chuckled quietly "Don't worry, once my  guys get here with the evidence we can finish this trail AND I might get the first sentence cut in half. 30 years? I might only get 10 if this plan works. Now give me your phone for a moment" he said. Thatcher handed his phone to Ben. Ben called his men and asked what was going on and smiled as he listened then hung up "The got the evidence and extra from the old lab" he said. Thatcher sighed "How long will it take to bring it here?' he asked "Only a few minutes" Ben said "And I promise you, I will make it worth your time to be here and I might have to ask one more thing. Let me do the talking when they bring the evidence here" he said

Once the recess was called, McCoy neatly slipped her papers into the folder and walked out behind Ben and his lawyer, glancing a suspicious look at them as they walked off. She went and sat on a bench outside and reviewed her papers.

(Wouldn't it be convenient with Carolyn was waiting outside the courtroom for the guards with Sara?)

After awhile of waiting two guards came in and talked with Ben and Thatcher about the evidences they brought. So Ben and Thatcher went back in to talk more.

The guards stood outside the court room and were ready for the stuff to be brought in.
