I have, what I was told were, 2 SLW chicks. They're 4 weeks old and their feathers are coming in more Tan and Black rather than White and Black... Will that change or do I have a different breed?
A photo would be helpful - it is possible that there has been a mix up (possibly as simple as having Gold Laced instead of Silver Laced) or your birds may have some extra smuttiness to their coloring due to the nature of hatchery stock.
I kind of expected to see such a photo - your birds are, in fact, GLW rather than SLW.

A single comb on a BLSW is a rather common defect with hatchery/low quality birds. It happens once in a while, but it certainly isn't breed standard, so I wouldn't breed it, but that's just my opinion.I have 2 SLW hens, one with a rose comb, one with a single comb. I bought both of these birds before I knew about the breed. Is the single comb hen a mix? Or can they have single combs? Going to breed them, but don't want to mix the breed. Thanks!
The chicks you have there are most certainly Black Laced Golden Wyandottes. Check out this thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/540948/golden-laced-wyandotte-thread
