The site is not letting me on as MsMoss:(

it keeps saying invalid name and password, and I clicked the link that said I have forgotten name and password, it sent me a new random password, and confirmed my user name was MsMoss, and it still wouldn't let me in, and no I have not been banned, or anything like that.

And yes I tried contacting support, but it bounced back as a mailer daemeon.

I moved this to the BYC feedback forum where someone who is smarter with computers will see it and help you. I don't see any reason from this end for your trouble, for what it's worth, sorry. I'm a mod but NOT a computer geek. Have you tried closing and restarting your browser, or rebooting your computer? Or clearing your cache and cookies? That's about all I know to try.
