Another one of my Sizzles... Smooth Sizzle

(Even though this doesn't really have to do with Sizzles or Satins) I have some silkie blue/splash hatching eggs from Magnolia Silkies in the incubator right now they are due to hatch on the 22nd. I'll post pics of them once they hatch

So pretty, I love blue. I hatch one in March from my rooster. Still waiting to see if is a pullet or cockerel it’s hatch mate is Silkie and definitely a cockerel.

Thread is dead but here's my two cents, I mean two chickens.

This is what my white china looked like in the summer! the last two are what she looks like now... she laid her first egg like 2 months
ago and the was always blood on them.. Now she is missing allot of feathers and kind of rough looking.. I thought maybe she is mothing but I could barely tell on my other chickens!! she doesn't act like anything is wrong but I wanna make sure!! sizzle are really hard to tell!

I know you posted this 2 1/2 years ago but did you ever figure out what her feather problem was? We have a frizzle just like her and she looks terrible and has for several months. Not sure why. It started after she was broody and hatched a batch of chicks. I figured it had just worn her out but they hatched 4 months ago. Any help is appreciated!

Now I understand why someone would want a ‘sizzled’ showbird. She’s stunning!
