as most of you know i am and have been ill but not to worry as i am still here for you no matter what!

I KNOW we can all get through this.

when this officially starts i want you all to know if you need someone to talk to no matter what time day or night i am here

it's better to talk about a problem than you hold it in.

i am very proud of you all for making this great change in your life stepping up and saying Cigarettes will know longer control me.Show your friends and family that you can do this but most of all show yourself... be your own hero it's time for a change and i am gonna be at the front of the line

My wife and I are both going to make 09 the smoke free yr for us, we have a young Daughter who deserves our good health. It is the time and we are really serious this time, we have to be.

I think I may have just had a WONDERFUL idea!!!! We could set up a PayPal account (I personally would trust EC if she is up to this but if not whoever is designated) and could put money into it somehow. Either if we slip up put in X amount or some other method of adding to. Now I know some (EC for instance) are not in the US, but I am sure that could be worked out without too much toruble. Anyway we could work on a T-shirt design of some sort ("I am a quitter" type thing) and set a date. Everyone who is quit by and on that date gets a shirt purchased from the funds in the account???? Maybe something along those lines anyway? Because you know, when we quit we are ALL gonna be winners!!!!
