THE SMOKERS QUIT CAMPAIGN - ADDITONAL NOTES

I got one just as good... Jim was in a car wreck, broke 6 of the 7 vertabrae that hold your head up above your shoulders... 2 of them are shattered.. less then 24 hours after this wreck-- idiot signs hisself out of the hospital, walks out the door, all just because they wouldnt let him go out in a wheelchair and have a cig.
THEN! two days later, goes to the hosp, then signs hisself out again! because they wouldnt let him go outside to have a cig before sticking a catheter in his wu-wu before taking him in the helicopter ride!
4 years later, he's still walking around, without having surgery to fix the neck. BUT--- hidden miracle here--- IF he had had the surgery, there were no guarentees he would walk let alone live after they put him on the table and cut into the neck.
He might be broke, but he walks.. lol

I have a good friend who is a homeopath. This is what she suggests to help quit....

The important thing about this is that no one has success unless they actually want to give up and most smokers don't or they would have done it years ago. Self control, breathing fresh air and lots of exercise is best. Also to be occupied at the usual times when the person would naturally light up

Homeopathically there's Tabacum, Caladium and Tabacum Fumar. See below how to make Tabcum Fumar,

Tabacum Fumar

Take small bottle (like small water or soda bottle)

Fill 3/4 with distilled water.

Light favourite cigarette.

Inhale.

Exhale INTO THE BOTTLE.

Repeat until cigarette is finished.

Shake bottle well.

Pour out 9/10th of the bottle.

Re-fill with distilled water

Shake well.

Repeat the pour and re-fill. five more times.

You now have a bottle of 6X (roughly) tobacco smoke.

Sip on the bottle whenever you want to light up.

Now I bet THAT hurt!!! This isn't too bad, just in a really bad location....It is a little sore but still kinda numb. I would rather have it hurting than that numb feeling from the lidocaine.
