Nova, sorry about Roger. Hopes he turns up for you. I cracked up with the last pic of Esdee. She looks like one of those ladies from elizabethan era that wore those severely high collars on their dresses.

Oh, I hope he does. Roger was awesome! I hope he is still awesome... I think one of the chicks is a boy though... BUT that doesn't do me an awful lot of good...

Seriously, though, don't give up on the boy yet. I've had some chickens go awol for a day or two and then turn up again.

Hmm, not really... I think you can get away with it once then... AND then you need to bring in new blood from a different breeder... And the reason I say one time, you will be able to see if theyre are defects from inbreeding then. You wouldn't want to line breed in this case at all then.

Well, if I was a speeder, I'd say an hour, but I drive like a grandma so more like an hour and a half from you. Of course, having one demonic angelic white silkie might get me moving faster....that and a stop to Captain Sundae's. LOL
Here's a pic of the guy with the other silkies and Ruby doo. He's the one top right. I think another one is a boy, too, but don't know for sure. This guy, though, no denying rooster-ship. Every time I pick him up to put him in the coop, I swear he is murdering me with his eyes.
