Eating your house! LOL!
Plus, there has to be a reason why the don't want that tiny cuddlie little thing anymore, right?
Like it bites... or something?

I wouldn't get it anyway because I am not prepared to take on another animal right now.
I know my limits and I am going to stick to them so I don't become overwhelmed.
I tell you what... If I had a ton of money... there would be no more fur babies on there! They would all be at my house!!!

sigh .. chicken math is gonna get me in trouble lol got DH and FIL working on the second pen .. half of it for the silkies half for the other guys that need to graduate from the biggest brooder.... then the babies inside will go in the big big brooder til we can figure out materials for the third pen .. they can prob stay the winter there but come spring they will have to have a big chicken pen like the others .... and come spring i will get baby fever again and have chicks in the bedroom peeping all over again ... I do have one NN roo to pick up before the winter than i am done for the year adding newbies I think ... unless we find some JG hens that we will need asap .. missed chicken stock so didnt get to get any ... gonna mix the maran crosses and the jg in the one half of that pen and possibly put one of my EE crosses in there with them as well as she is a bigger hen than the others ....

When we get to move - which feels like forever cause we arent so sure about the 7 acres deal now - my sis and i have already agreed on goats.. milk and fainting.. and possibly a cow lol just got to find the right place for us ..

I don't milk mine. Just because

1) don't want a buck
2) Don't want to breed em
3) I don't have the time to milk them twice a day

We had a little scare with baby, thinkin she was preggers........

Oh well, like I said, they make good chicken roosts lol

Oh but a good idea for da goaties: we got some swivel stakes (like for dogs) and some long leads that look like extension cords. And we *carefully* calculated how to place them so they have full shade all day, but can't get wrapped around anything or each other. Getting tangled up in their selves is another story, but it works pretty well so they can graze 24/7, because it only takes them a few days to destroy their rotational pen, and my dad won't move it that often.

Aww goldie and honey are graduating !! its too soon lol

I know they grew up FAST!!
