Not sure if anything is all that odd out here, but other than the top of the second story of the ho use, I'd say the oddest is how a 2 month old silkie ended up over two fences, a wall of evergreen trees, a solid fence towards the junk yard and lived to come home. Rather, someone at the wrecking yard saw it being chased by a cat and brought it back. She was about 1000 feet away, with multiple barriers between home and where she was found. Yet all 6 ounces of bird came back. Our thought was a hawk didn't grab a good hold and dropped her on the way to nearly certain death.
