Well I went several weeks without eggs, but in the last week I have gotten an egg a day. Not an enormous number but after going from no eggs for several weeks I will take anything I can get. All I need is one more egg and I will be making home made creme brulee for Christmas. Hope everyone has Happy Holidays.

Happy for you! I just started getting an egg a day after adding a fluorescent light to the coop 12 days ago.Excited to see that little blue egg in the box!

I love baking things with the free-ranged eggs, things taste better/

Hey! Unrelated question -- hope this isn't breaking a rule, if so please tell me and I'll reform -- the question is, is it possible to keep chickens in Phoenix? We're thinking of moving there and one of my worries has been whether it's too hot for me to bring my flock.
