Ok, I am going to ask this question here because it is not getting any answers else where. I am crossing my light sussex rooster with speckled sussex hens. Does anyone have photos to share of what the offspring will look like? I read somewhere they will be sex linked, is that so?

I don't have pictures of the silver/cream columbian female but do have,,,

Are Speckled Sussex harder or easier to tell what sex they might be at 4 weeks old then other breeds? Out of 6 eggs only 1 made it. I've never had Sussex before so I have no idea how to tell what it might be?

THat is a nightmare! WHen you have nothing to compare, it gets tricky. You will know when it lays an egg or crows!!

Walt Reichert in KY has been tearing up the ring with his large fowl Speckled Sussex. See his info in Poultry Press. Really nice stock with which to get started.
