I do not know if it exists anymore.
Best,
Karen

Hi Oscar,Her legs are also a bight yellow![]()
Thank you for the advice. Very interesting. I had doughted the breeder when I got her.Very much appreciatedHi Oscar,
Yellow legs means she carries foreign blood. There is another breed in her.
No Sussex ever has yellow legs. I am sorry. I don't know, but suppose
the old Black Sussex would have had slate legs. All the other color
varieties have white legs with a pinkish cast to them.
Best Regards,
Karen
More than welcome. I know it is disappointing. We always hope a sport will show up somewhereThank you for the advice. Very interesting. I had doughted the breeder when I got her.Very much appreciated![]()
Quote: I hatched out 3 lavendar cockerels from one breeding of my Coronation Sussex. They do have white legs. I wasn't going to do anything with them, but now, if I could only find a black sussex hen...maybe I will try something with some light sussex. What are the odds I could get a solid lavendar or split?
Yea they are, I have always wanted to have some and now I do!Hey Max....i love my Speckled Sussex too!! Are these your first?
