The Speckled are most popular and the most well-known. There are far more breeders with good Speckleds than anything else.

You have Breeders of bantam Speckled Sussex in surplus ? Could you give me some contact info on some of them ? I only know of a few but hope to be adding them someday as well. And I sell LF Speckled Sussex eggs by the way if you are interested but I do have a bit of a lengthy list on them already.

There are some listed on the Sussex Breeders Club website - and then every show i go to or auction the only speckled sussex there are bantams! I know there is a breeder of the bantams here in Ohio for sure

Are any varieties of sussex approved to show in the US? I know nothing about showing chickens. . . only dogs, by the way. I'm guessing the light and speckled are, but not the coronation or silver? Does anyone have pictures of what a "show quality" sussex (any variety) should look like?

This looks like a GREAT spot for me to jump in here . . . .

I have been looking for a breeder on the EAST COAST of the US that has show quality speckled sussex.

I have struck out on all requests for names of breeders . .. .
I was told to contact Gary OVerton in Ohio, but have been unable to obtain contact information.

I agree there are a lot of speckled sussex out there, but I don't see any one talking about show quality speckled sussex.
